ABOUT THE OWNER
Nancy’s Home Care was founded in 2017 by Felice Searles. Felice is a 20-year Air Force Retired Veteran. The vision to start Nancy’s Home Care came after her aunt received a terminal cancer diagnosis, which required the need for around the clock home care services. Serving as a caregiver to her aunt gave Felice the desire to support others in need.
Dementia Care is Felice’s specialty. Felice is certified with the National Council of Certified Dementia Care Practitioners (NCCDP) as an Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia care trainer. Nancy’s Home Care is also experienced working with clients recovering from Cancer and Stroke as well recovering from Fall Injuries.
Nancy’s Home Care is a proud partner with the Veteran Administration (VA), Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), and the Illinois Department of Aging. For the last three years, Nancy’s Home Care served veterans with integrity and dignity.

OUR STAFF
Nancy’s Home Care staff will be highly trained and licensed. All staff members are properly licensed and bonded (insurance that protects clients from damage or theft). To maintain our clients’ integrity and safety, all service providers must pass a security background check before being authorized to work with clients.
